Champsworth Development is looking to acquire a property, The Village, in Singapore, Reuters reports. The subsidiary of developer Selangor Dredging (SDB) will pay a sum of $72.023 million for the acquisition.

Champsworth is a 50 percent associate company of SDB International, a fully owned subsidiary of SDB. The acquisition and development of the property will be financed by internally generated funds and/or bank loans of Champsworth, adds Business Times.
