Developer Far East Organization has bought a Marine Parade bungalow for $104 million, Straits Times reports. Credo Real Estate served as marketing agent on the transaction.

The deal was undertaken by Orchard Mall, a member of the Far East Organization, adds Channel News Asia. The Singapore property consists of two parts, one is the bungalow plot itself and the other has a three-storey block of six flats and servants’ quarters.
