RXR Realty Buys $900M NY Building

RXR Realty will acquire the Starrett-Lehigh building in Manhattan.

RXR Realty will acquire the Starrett-Lehigh building in Manhattan, Bloomberg reports. The real estate company managed by Scott Rechler will pay $900 million to Shorenstein Properties for the acquisition. The building’s occupants include Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, which has its headquarters in the property. RXR Realty acquired 1330 Avenue of the Americas in November last year.
