Japanese integrated communications and IT management solutions provider KVH has chosen Progress Software’s solutions for improved business performance in Japan. KVH will use the Progress Responsive Process Management suite, the Progress Communications Order Management solution accelerator and the Progress Responsive Business Integration solution.
The products will enable KVH to improve visibility and control across their operations, accelerate delivery of service to customers and decrease the time to market new and existing bundled services across different business teams and multiple B/OSS platforms. KVH will also use the new interactive Progress Control Tower product.
