Dynamic Offshore Resources is seeking to raise up to $400 million in an initial public offering (IPO), The Wall Street Journal reports. The independent exploration and production company will use the proceeds from the offering to repay debt and for general corporate purposes. Dynamic is also seeking to list the shares on the New York Stock Exchange. Citigroup, Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank Securities are underwriters for the offering, adds Renaissance Capital.
