Florida State Board of Administration has selected Crowe Horwath as auditor, Pensions & Investments reports. Horwath will take audit action to improve compliance control and oversight activities in investment management and other operations of the board.
The $158.8 billion Tallahassee-based board issued a request for proposal (RFP) earlier in 2011 for the selection. The contract negotiations are still to be done with the selected firm.
