SL Green Realty Corp. is selling an office building in New York, Commercial Real Estate Direct reports. The company is also looking to offload a 50 percent stake in the land underlying the property. 711 Third Avenue, which is estimated to sell for between $200 million and $225 million, is being marketed by CB Richard Ellis. The building is 92 percent leased and its tenants include Crain Communications, public relations firm Ketchum and Parade Communications.
