RSM Tenon Financial Management has appointed Keith Speck to help grow its new discretionary proposition, Citywire reports. He will work alongside head of investment management, Adrian Gough and will be responsible for running the model portfolios Speck is joining the U.K. professional service firm from Santander, where he was working as a multi-manager. He left Santander in 2010 and was replaced by Tom Caddick and Toby Vaughan.
