BR Malls Participacoes is seeking to raise about $368 million through a shares offering, The Wall Street Journal reports. The Brazilian shopping center operator intends to sell at least 34 million shares. Itau BBA, BTG Pactual, Goldman Sachs and Bradesco BBI have been appointed to coordinate the offer. The shares will be offered on the Brazilian Stock Exchange, BMFBovespa.
