Russia’s National Settlement Depository (NSD) has signed transfer agency agreements with five registrars. The depository has signed agreements with VTB Registrar, PRC, REESTR, Reyestr-RN and STATUS.

The agency has also signed letters of intent with Irkol, Computershare Registrar, Noviy Registrator JSC and Registrar NIKoil. The new service will avoid occurrence of fake orders and reports among others.
