NYPC Appoints Members To Board

Derivatives clearinghouse New York Portfolio Clearing has appointed Bernard Dan, Richard Prager and Tom Wipf as independent members to its board of directors.

Derivatives clearinghouse New York Portfolio Clearing (NYPC) has appointed Bernard Dan, Richard Prager and Tom Wipf as independent members to its board of directors. Dan is president of Sun Holdings, the parent of Sun Trading, having recently served as CEO of MF Global Holdings and Chicago Board of Trade. Prager is managing director and global head of BlackRock’s trading and capital markets for fixed income. Wipf is managing director at Morgan Stanley. At present, he is also chairman of the Treasury Market Practices Group.
