Global infrastructure fund, Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners, and Spain’s Isolux Corsán have formed a joint venture to invest in roads in India, The Wall Street Journal reports. The fund and Grupo Isolux Corsán, the parent of Isolux Corsán, will each contribute $200 million to the $400 million venture.

The partnership will bid on new projects along with ongoing projects under construction. Isolux Corsán has already transferred three of its projects, with a $1.6 billion estimated cost, to the joint venture.
