Hexagrid has teamed up with Boston Ltd and Supermicro Computer to develop pre-configured, optimized cloud packages that simplify and accelerate service provider delivery of private cloud solutions. Hexagrid and Boston have co-developed these bundled private clouds for optimal hardware utilization, speed-to-market cloud delivery and remotely managed service capability, pre-configured for plug-in-and-go performance. Currently, the Hexagrid-Boston partnership provides two cloud configurations based on power-optimized Supermicro hardware, including the eight-node MicroCloud and the four-node Boston Quattro. Hexagrid is an infrastructure-as-a-service enabler.
