Hedge fund Signature Capital Investments (SGI) has entered into an alliance with Sydney-based family trust AR Management (ARM), Financial Standard reports. ARM is the management and chief operating vehicle of Andrew Roberts Group.

ARM will be providing dedicated investment services to SGI in addition to taking a placement of 26.25 million newly issued SGI shares. It will provide SGI a portfolio of international absolute-return fund interests to the same value.
