Police Mutual Assurance Society (PMAS) has awarded a real estate mandate to Aviva Investors. Aviva’s global real estate multi-manager team will manage PMAS’ £42 million U.K. property fund. Aviva’s head of real estate multi-manager in Europe, John Gellatly, will manage the portfolio. The appointment follows the withdrawal of its existing manager from the provision of these services.
