Kiyoshi Ando is joining Tokyo Bay Traders as group executive chief risk officer, Open PR reports. He will report to Ren Ito, head of global client management, and will join the bank’s leadership team. Ando will be responsible ensuring effective risk management and risk governance across the company as well as advise the board and executive management on risk management. Previously, Ando acted as adviser to banks globally on risk, strategy and performance measurement.
