French financial holding company, Eurazeo, will acquire investment company, OFI Private Equity Capital, for about €132 million. Eurazeo will offer 10 of its shares for every 54 shares in OFI.Shareholders of OFI will hold about 3.7% of Eurazeo’s share capital after the transaction is complete. Shareholders including MACIF, MUTAVIE and Olivier Millet, are signing a lock-up agreement on their Eurazeo shares for an 18-month period from the completion date of the contribution. OFI has appointed Michel Leger from BDO as an independent expert.
