Clinipace Worldwide has raised $15 million in series C round of venture capital financing. The investment round was led by Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital of San Francisco, California. Existing investors, including Hatteras Venture Partners of Durham, North Carolina, and Brook Private Equity Advisors of Boston, Massachusetts, also participated. The company intends to use the proceeds to continue developing its therapeutic expertise and global capacity to deliver innovative technology-amplified contract research services.
