Shanda Interactive Entertainment-owned firm, Cloudary, is seeking to raise around $200 million in an IPO, The Wall Street Journal reports. The shares will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

The Chinese literary website operator intends to use the proceeds to acquire content, for sales and marketing initiatives and to repay debt. Bank of America and Goldman Sachs are the lead managers for the offering, adds Bloomberg.
