Matthew Wright has joined Carmignac Gestion as the U.K. country head, Financial News reports. He will be reporting to Davide Fregonese, global head of sales and marketing, and will strengthen relations with financial distributors and wealth managers in the U.K. Wright will also be developing the company’s sales team in the U.K. with a view to opening Carmignac Gestion’s permanent office in the City of London in November. Before joining the French asset manager, he was head of sales at LV= Asset Management.
