SS&C Technologies Holdings has agreed to purchase BDO unit BDO Simpson Xavier Fund Administration Services. The new division will be called SS&C Fund Services Ireland. The newly acquired Dublin office allows SS&C to venture into the European regulated funds market, offering support for additional fund structures. SS&C is a global provider of investment and financial software-enabled services and software focused exclusively on the global financial services industry.
