Spottiswoode Development, co-owned by Lian Beng Group and Centurion Properties, has bought Dragon Mansion located at 14 Spottiswoode Park in Singapore, TODAYonline reports. The freehold residential complex has been sold in a collective sale for $100.37 million.
Jones Lang LaSalle marketed the property. The final sale price was marginally below the indicative range of $101.92 million to $109.65 million when the tender was refloated last month.
