The House Agriculture Committee plans to examine derivatives trading rules under the Dodd-Frank Act to ensure they “do not impose undue or excessive burdens” on financial markets. The committee, led by Rep. Frank Lucas (R-Okla.), also intends to focus on rules related to capital and margin requirements for endusers of derivatives.
