The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has called off its next rule-making session scheduled for Feb. 11, 2011, Reuters reports. The futures regulator did not provide any details for the delay. The session was regarding the introduction of the proposals from the Dodd-Frank bill enacted by Congress in last July. The CFTC’s next session is scheduled for Feb. 24, 2011.
