Quinenco is looking to acquire all of Terpel’s Chile operations for $320 million, Reuters reports. Chilean industrial conglomerate Copec is planning to sell Terpel’s operations after having bought the Colombian company in December.

Copec will gain $28 million before taxes, based on current worth. Terpel’s Chilean operations include 200 gas stations and 97 convenience stores.
