Janus Capital International has rolled out a Asian equity fund for institutional investors outside the U.S., The Asset reports. The Janus Asia Equity Strategy fund aims for long-term growth of capital by investing at least 80 percent of its assets in emerging and developed markets in Asia, ex-Japan. It will consist of 60 to 100 holdings. The strategy will be benchmarked against the MSCI All Country Asia ex-Japan Index and will be managed by Singapore-based Janus portfolio manager Hiroshi Yoh.
