IvyCap Ventures has appointed GK Pillai as Chairman of its board of advisers, VC Circle reports. Pillai was formerly home secretary to the Indian government and served his tenure from 2009 until June. He was the country’s chief negotiator at the World Trade Organization and chairman of board of approvals for special economic zones. IvyCap Ventures is raising its first fund IvyCap Ventures Trust Fund - I.
