Wasatch Advisors is seeking to close the Wasatch Small Cap Growth Fund to new investors through third party intermediary platforms from the end of this month. The vehicle will however remain open to existing fund shareholders. New investors will be allowed to purchase the funds shares directly from Wasatch Funds. Retirement plans, who have invested in the fund, will be able to continue offering the fund to both current and future plan participants.
