Swedish fund management, Cevian Capital, has appointed Paul Myners as U.K. Chairman, Financial Times reports. Myners will help seek investment targets, work with boards and deal with other investors. Formerly, he served as City minister and promoted corporate boards to institutional investors. He has also served as Chairman of Gartmore, Marks and Spencer, Guardian Media Group and Land Securities.
