DNV Software has purchased Synergi Solutions. The acquisition will allow DNV to offer a complete set of risk based software for operational integrity management and asset integrity to the energy, maritime and healthcare industries.

As part of the acquisition, 30 new employees will join DNV’s software house. The new combined unit will manage both support and sales activities. DNV provides asset integrity software for the energy and maritime industries.
