Getin Holding, the Polish financial services group, is seeking to sell insurer TU Europa, Bloomberg reports. The market value of the insurer is approximately $526 million.

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is advising on the possible transaction. Getin Holding, which owns 67 percent stake of the insurer, is managed by billionaire Leszek Czarnecki.
