The New York Life Retirement Plan Services (NYLRPS) has appointed five industry veterans to lead a new service model that aligns service teams with core industry practices. The retirement solutions provider has named Joan Driscoll as managing director of client strategy and member of the firm’s 11-member senior leadership team, reporting to CEO David Castellani. Through the new model, service team practice groups will be arranged into four industry segments, namely, Taft-Hartley, technology, finance and professional services, and manufacturing, materials and retail. There will be a separate team of relationship managers, communications consultants, investment specialists, and Employee Retirement Income Security Act consultants dedicated to each practice.
