Falkirk Seeks £100M Absolute Return Manager

The Falkirk County Council Pension Fund is seeking to award an absolute return mandate for its £1.1 billion pension scheme.

The Falkirk County Council Pension Fund is seeking to award an absolute return mandate for its £1.1 billion pension scheme, IPE reports. The council may change the £100 million value of the portfolio at a later date. The multi-asset absolute return mandate will not allow hedge fund of funds. Investment consultant Hymans Robertson is assisting with the search. The fund is also planning to look for an infrastructure fund-of-funds manager, adds Pensions & Investments reports.
