Morgan Stanley has appointed Ted Pick as the sole global head of equities trading, The Wall Street Journal reports. Former co-head of equities trading, Luc Francois, will concentrate on the build-up of the firm’s equity derivatives business. David Russell, head of equities in Asia, will move to London to head European equities. Gokul Laroia, co-head of Asia-Pacific investment banking, will replace Russell in Asia. Kate Richdale has been named sole head of Asia-Pacific investment banking.
