BofA Restructures Top Management

Bank of America Corp. has overhauled its top management.

Bank of America Corp. has overhauled its top management, Financial Times reports. As part of the restructuring, Sallie Krawcheck of the wealth management unit and Joe Price, head of consumer and small business banking, will quit.

David Darnell, president of commercial banking, will manage all of BofA’s consumer businesses. Tom Montag, president of global banking and an ex-Goldman Sachs executive, will handle the commercial and wholesale side.
