First Solar has acquired tracking technology and photovoltaic balance-of-systems firm, RayTracker. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed by both the parties.
As part of the agreement, the entire team of RayTracker will join First Solar’s engineering, procurement and construction group. RayTracker’s customers will also be transitioned to First Solar.
