UBS has appointed Jeff Evans as a managing director of its equity capital markets’ financial institutions group, Reuters reports. He will be in charge of a group that underwrites stock offerings for financial companies in the Americas. He has previously worked as a global head of equity capital markets at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods. Separately, the bank has also hired a series of regional heads of its global equities structuring business, reporting to Marcus Overhaus.
