Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI) is likely to acquire the Galeria shopping and entertainment center in St. Petersburg, PropertyEU reports. MSREI is expected to purchase the mall for a price of $1.1 billion.
The seller is a co-owner of Kazakh development and investment group Capital Partners. The deal is being carried out by MSREI along with a Middle Eastern investor. The vendor is being advised by Jones Lang LaSalle.
