Multi-asset class investment manager, PineBridge Investments, has hired C Goodwin and Don Wilson as non-executive members of its board of directors. Most recently, Goodwin served as managing director and head of equities at Credit Suisse’s asset management unit. Wilson served as the chief risk officer of JP Morgan Chase from 2003 until his retirement in 2006. He currently serves on the boards of the Bank of Montreal and Ethan Allen Interiors.
