Mutual Fund Directors Forum has added Buddy Donohue as a member of its board of directors, MutualFundWire reports. With his addition, the number of board members has increased to 15.

Donohue is presently a partner at the New York office of Morgan Lewis & Bockius. Prior to this, he was director of the investment management division of the Securities and Exchange Commission, which he left in November 2010.
