Trading technology provider MarketPrizm has appointed Ralph Achkar as a director of product management, Financial News reports. In his new role, he will be reporting to the firm’s chief technology officer Jacob Lindeman.
Recently, Achkar was co-head of sales at share trading platform Turquoise along with Oriol Pujol. The duo left the firm after the platform was acquired by the London Sock Exchange. Achkar joins MarketPrizm six months after U.K. telecommunications firm Colt Technology Services Group acquired a majority stake in the firm from agency broker Instinet.
