CALFOREX Foreign Exchange has picked Sage SalesLogix CRM for call centre management. Sage SalesLogix will provide a CRM deployment upgrade merging IP telephony and several banking systems to support CALFOREX’s business development, client management, trade details, operation and reporting systems.
The firm is switching from Microsoft Dynamics CRM for the required custom integrations and companywide workflow. CALFOREX employees will be able to utilize Sage SalesLogix to handle customer accounts and support cases sales through role-based workflow on customizable dashboards.
