Jefferies Group has appointed Paul Kopsky as managing director in its military-housing mortgage operation. He is joining the investment bank from American Stock Transfer and Trust, where he was executive vice president and CFO. In his new role, Kopsky will be responsible for expanding the military housing businesses and its financing suite of products. Prior to American Stock Transfer, he was associated with Capmark Financial Group, Reinsurance Group of America and KPMG.
