Credit Suisse has appointed Edward Tait as managing director and head of private banking for Australia. Based in Sydney, Tait will work under Australia CEO David Livingstone and Asia Pacific head of private banking Marcel Kreis.
Most recently, he served at Caledonia Investments as executive director of investment advisory and distribution. Previously, he also worked with Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Macquarie Bank.
