The Orange County Community Foundation (OCCF) has named Timothy Kay as chairman of the board of governors. The Canadian foundation manages more than $136 million in charitable assets.

Kay also sits on the boards of the South Coast Repertory Theater, Orange Coast Estate Planning Council and a private school for troubled youth Boys Republic. He is a partner at law firm Snell & Wilmer, where he focuses on estate planning, trust and probate law.
