Norrporten has sold its entire portfolio in Linkoping, Sweden, and eight other assets in the cities of Sundsvall and Luleå, PropertyEU reports. Local investor Fastighetsaktiebolaget Lilium paid €154 million for the portfolio.

The portfolio consists of 15 commercial real estate assets, mostly offices. The Swedish property company’s employees in Linköping will be joining Lilium, which is the real estate investment arm of the Liljedahl Group.
