Bandar Raya Developments of Kuala Lumpur will buy Ambang Sehati’s offer for the proposed acquisition of BR Property Holdings for $143.15 million, The Star reports. The group owns Bangsar Shopping Centre, Menara BRDB, CapSquare Retail Centre and Permas Jusco Mall. The deal is subject to shareholders approval. The combined indicative value of the deal represents an initial yield of 6 percent for retail assets and 6.5 percent for offices.
