Gold miner G-Resources Group has raised about $218.5 million via a share placement in Hong Kong, Reuters reports. G-Resources, backed by BlackRock, will use the proceeds to fund investments in a gold mining project in Indonesia.
The Hong Kong-listed gold mining firm sold 2.81 billion new shares at $.076 each. The shares sale was managed by Morgan Stanley and Kingston Securities.
