The Dutch State Treasury Agency has raised €6 billion in sale of 10-year bonds, The Wall Street Journal reports. The agency was initially planning to issue €5 billion of notes, but later increased the size following strong demand. With the latest sale, the agency has so far issued around €13.72 billion securities year to date. The bond was issued through a Dutch Direct Auction run by the agency that directly involves end-investors and in which the agency acts as sole book-runner.
