Lloyds Banking Group is planning to sell a mixed portfolio of property assets valued at around £100 million, Financial Times reports. The U.K. lender’s portfolio comprises of assets ranging across offices, retail and industrial property.

The London-based firm is likely to hire property consultant, Jones Lang LaSalle, to review options for the portfolio. Lloyds has over £60 billion of commercial property loans in its books.
